Union Station's Chocolate Exhibit runs through January 3rd at Kansas City's Union Station. There's a wonderful multimedia exhibit on the history of chocolate from Chicago's Field Museum, and if you click that link you can experience some of it online. Science City at Union Station is a great place for kids, too, and they're having chocolate science demonstrations every Saturday at the Periodic Table.
